Are Noodle Head Products safe?
All Noodle Head products go through a safety and quality review to assess them for function and age appropriateness. Our products are also safety tested by accredited, independent testing laboratories and comply with ASTM F963 and CPSIA standards. Noodle Head products comply with United States Safety Regulations as required by the Consumer Product Safety Commission as well as voluntary product standards established by the toy industry.

You will find age recommendations on all product packaging and in the product details on our website www.noodleheadfun.com. Any applicable safety warnings or precautions will be clearly visible on our packaging to ensure our customers make an informed purchase.

Where are your products made?
Our products are designed in the U.S.A. by our in-house team and then manufactured in China. Noodle Head works with known and reputable factories in China that are complying with China’s fair labor standards.

What if I have a problem with your products?
Noodle Head products can be returned for replacement if you are not satisfied with their condition upon opening. Damaged or incomplete items will be replaced with an identical item if returned within 30 days of purchase, providing that the item is in “as-sold” condition upon return. If you prefer, we can credit your card for the amount of purchase. Unfortunately we are unable to credit the amount of return shipping; however you will not be charged shipping for the replacement we send you.

Is it safe to order online from Noodleheadfun.com?
Absolutely. Every page in the Noodle Head online ordering process that requests credit card information uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption (www.comodo.com) that renders information unreadable should anyone try to intercept it.

Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50 of fraudulent charges. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

How are orders shipped?
Standard shipping is FedEx Ground (and occasionally USPS Priority Mail). Upgraded shipping services are available in the check-out stage of your order.

How fast will I get my order?
We make every effort to ship orders within 48 hours of receipt (orders placed after 2:00 pm Pacific Time will be considered received the next business day). This timeframe excludes weekends and is not guaranteed. Shipping time should be considered separately depending on the shipping service you select. For Standard Shipping, most in-stock items should arrive at the destination within 5-10 business days. Occasionally, items ordered together may be shipped separately; however, you will not incur any additional shipping charges.

How is sales tax calculated on orders?
State and local sales tax is calculated only on your merchandise total when shipping to the states of California and Washington.

What are my payment options?
At noodleheadfun.com we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card. All transactions are in US dollars. Sorry, we do not accept mail-in orders, checks, money orders, cash or CODs.

Your order is immediately sent to our warehouse at the time it is placed, and we are unable to change or cancel your order once it has been submitted. Refunds can be issued only to the original credit card.

What are your policies for returns and cancellations?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or if one of our products does not perform to your satisfaction, simply return it within 30 days of the purchase date. We regret we can not refund delivery charges and we cannot accept the return of customized merchandise.

To return an item purchased from noodleheadfun.com, please either download and complete this Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Form and fax to our sales office at 509-892-7488 or use this email form to submit your return request.  Once we receive your completed form we will contact you with an RMA number.  Please print the RMA number on the outside of the box in which you are returning the item and ship it to us using an insured or traceable carrier to the address below.  Any returns without an RMA number clearly written on the outside of the package will be refused.

Please note: items purchased at a retail store must be returned to the store of purchase. We will not accept a return or issue a refund for items not purchased at noodleheadfun.com.
